CANCELLATION & DEPOSIT POLICY
A deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• A £50 deposit is required for standard treatments
• A higher deposit may be required for higher value treatments, which will be confirmed at the time of booking
All deposits are deducted from the cost of your treatment.
We kindly ask that at least 72 hours’ notice is provided for any cancellations or changes.
Appointments cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will result in the loss of the deposit.
This policy allows us to manage our appointment schedule effectively and offer availability to other patients.
