TwinTweaks Aesthetics Ltd is committed to being open and honest with patients in line with the Duty of Candour (Scotland) Regulations.

If an unintended or unexpected incident occurs that results in harm, we will inform the patient, offer an apology, provide appropriate support, and review the incident to improve our services.

An annual Duty of Candour report is produced in accordance with statutory guidance, even if no incidents have occurred. This report is available to patients upon request and is published on our website.

Founded by twin sisters Leeann Mallon, Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Prescriber, and Donna Doherty, Registered Nurse, TwinTweaks combines over two decades of NHS experience with a refined aesthetic approach.

All treatments are subject to consultation and assessment of medical suitability.
Prescription-only treatments are provided following consultation and assessment by a qualified prescriber, and a patient-specific prescription is issued in line with UK regulations.

Treatments are only carried out where clinically appropriate and patient safety is prioritised at all times.
Aftercare advice is provided and follow-up appointments are available where required.

Results may vary between individuals.
